I think I can elaborate a little on this as a "neopagan". General speaking, the whole concept of "cities as spirits" isn't an unknown concept, and I do indeed know a person who practices some of the stuff in Penczak's(sp) "City Magic" work. Personally speaking, I can see the idea of the Internet attaining spiritual significance as a valid one and one that has merit if you think about how prevelent the Internet really is to everday life to a lot of people.
