I notice that there is a section of this article that says some TV shows do not have technical directors (for example iCarly and Wizards of Waverly Place). Well, I am here to prove that person wrong! If you watch the credits carefully at the end, you will see that it clearly includes a "Technical Director" credited.

Agreed. This section was removed and replaced with a more generic description of situations where the TD is not usually present. --
