What sort of impartiality is this? "Until the 1950's and 60's, the majority of the inhabitants of the city were Christian Arabs, however many of the original Christian inhabitants immigrated to America and Canada to seek a better economic life rather then remain under illegal Israeli occupation and brutal apartheid control." The phrase "illegal Israeli occupation" implies that the State of Israel is illegitimate and illegal. Tayibe is not in any sort of disputed territory, nor occupied.
"Brutal apartheid control" is just stupid. I live alongside Israeli Arabs who earn more and live better than the Jews who are their neighbors. They own farms and factories, and work in the trades, as professionals and business owners. It is not in any way comparable to apartheid South Africa.
I have generally found Petersen, Andrew (2001), A Gazetteer of Buildings in Muslim Palestine: Volume I (British Academy Monographs in Archaeology) to be very reliable. But on this town there are some mistakes, as references which are for Taybeh, West Bank, are given here. I will list the refs given, and try to find out if it checks out or not. wow - zero says that this is not about this article and huldra says that it is not notable because the city has been around for centuries. huh? a terrorist bomber is quite notable, hardly a mundane affair. why are you trying to hide it? i agree that it doesn't have to be in the history section, but it is certainly part of those notable residents (all of whom are just since the 1948 creation of the state of israel....). so, barring any real reasons for not including this, we will include it:

The first sentence says it is east of Kfar Saba. When I look at the map I see that it is no way to the east, more like the north.
