Link works, but link in article is dead
Footnote 1 refers to a NYT article, which in turn has a dead link to OECD data. Most likely the current item on the OECD website is this one: https://www.oecd.org/tax/tax-policy/global-revenue-statistics-database.htm and a direct link may be preferable, or just use both.
