I really do not think that it is necessary to state all the details on how he earned it. Notably, how he "took the test" and "passed it" as if he was someone who had academic troubles in test-taking or whatnot; such is the farthest thing from the truth and is a disgrace to Tamba Hali.
I'm sure that if he was Tim Tebow (who was born in the Phillipines), we would not be emphasizing nor questioning his status as an American. Rocky 07:23, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
True, he would HAVE to take the test in order to pass it. And he would also HAVE to pass it in order to become a U.S. citizen. That is not debatable and to insert it is gratuitous.
