I've tried to present the main parts of this law in a manner that will be easy to understand. If anyone can do the same with case law or other parts of the Act it will be good.

I also didn't include citations for the issues section at the end. This is basically laziness on my part. There's been news articles about the Public Guardian stealing from people over the last few days, for instance.
