This aircraft was exhibited in 2001 but internet chatter suggests it was still unflown in 2004. Do we have a first flight date? Was it? It looks as if the tailplane is all-moving (maybe T-tails always are these days?). It struck me (re another article) that the gull wing is a good example of the aerodynamic advantages of shoulder mounting; that a simple article about water ballast would be handy (it's sort of in wing loading); and, trivially perhaps, a monowheel (glider) article might fly.
