The result of the move request was: Move unopposed ( non-admin closure) —  Andy W. ( talk ·  ctb) 16:10, 5 October 2016 (UTC)
Step Up Revolution: Music from the Motion Picture → Step Up: Revolution – Music from the Motion Picture – The title of the album Step Up: Revolution – Music from the Motion Picture not Step Up Revolution: Music from the Motion Picture — it instead appears to be an original research addition for some reason other than actual title accuracy. On more than one occasion now, an anonymous IP has gone around Wikipedia actively breaking links to this article by prematurely rewording them to the correct title despite the fact that it makes them redlinks, so I'm submitting this for discussion on their behalf since they likely don't know how to do it themselves — but if this is going to keep happening, then the title needs to be fixed. 110.159.78.50 ( talk) 13:19, 18 September 2016 (UTC)

Step Up: Revolution – Music from the Motion Picture →
Step Up Revolution: Music from the Motion Picture – This is a reversal of a previous RM, in which I was the sole commenter. In that RM, I stated "...there is no reason not to move the page, provided that the target is indeed the proper name of the album." However, the page for the associated film was later moved to
Step Up Revolution, negating the purpose of the original RM.
In addition, the original RM was made under a flawed premise. It was one of a spate of film-related RMs made by IP editors with copy-and-paste reasoning, and I only supported the move because (at the time) there was no reason to oppose it despite this procedural error. With it now having become clear that the title for the film does not include a colon, the previous RM should be overturned and this page moved back to its old title.
