Oppose. Too many other saints known by this name. Francis Xavier is fairly well known and founded the Jesuits, for example. Calidum22:10, 10 May 2019 (UTC)reply
Oppose per Calidum. There are lots of them, and the fact that Francis of Assisi is known as Francis of Assisi means that it's not automatic that he's the main dude. —

Oppose – Amakuru's argument persuades me. He is known as "Francis of Assisi" and not just "Francis", likely because, as Cal says, there are other notable St. Francises (St. Francii?). This isn't a clear primary situation, so having the dab page primary is probably most appropriate. Levivich02:10, 18 May 2019 (UTC)reply
Oppose per Calidum, also noting that there are many places by this name, while St. Francis is only a short term for Francis of Assisi. Crouch, Swale (
