Red links on dab pages
WhisperToMe: Thanks for leaving me
your message (six months ago) on my talk page. Clearly, there is more than one entry now on this dab page, so you were right to revert my edit. But please remember, dab pages are used only for readers to navigate to articles that already exist; red links are useless for that purpose, except in very specific circumstances. (See
MOS:DABRED.) I’ve updated the page accordingly. —

Gorthian: You're welcome! I reviewed
Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Disambiguation_pages#Red_links - it does caution against making red links of pages "that are unlikely ever to be written, or are likely to be removed as insufficiently notable topics" - School districts are generally kept in
WP:COMMONOUTCOMES of deletion debates, so I have the presumption that they are likely to be created.
