The candies, packaged in various forms, are listed for sale at online sellers such as Amazon and AmericaRX as of today, so the answer must be that they are still being made.

As of today, 7/20/2016, boxes of Spree are available in Dollar Tree stores in southwest Virginia. I'm pretty sure they've been for sale for years. They have recent date codes so they're still being made and not ancient stock. — Preceding
