Defunct?

A new user is adding that the ride is defunct and changing the location. The Disney website continues to list in in operation and I am not bonded to this subject at all. I will leave this as a place for discussion. Ifnord ( talk) 22:54, 6 March 2021 (UTC) reply

Absent a reliable source to confirm that the rise is indeed defunct, I would leave it as is. The user's change of the location of the attraction is definitely wrong though so I'm going to revert back. @ KoolJakeson112: please discuss here instead of edit warring. If you have a reliable source that confirms that the attraction is defunct, please provide it or let us know here. Aoi (青い) ( talk) 23:28, 6 March 2021 (UTC) reply

Under the "Soundtrack" subheading, but before the "Disneyland" part of this section, add the following sentences:

The songs featured in Splash Mountain were originally recorded for the Song of the South film, including "How Do You Do?," "Everybody's Got a Laughing Place," and "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah." "Burrow's Lament," an ominous reprise of "Laughing Place," is exclusive to the ride. 76.89.226.121 ( talk) 17:57, 14 June 2024 (UTC) reply
