Miradero, Texas?
To my recollection, there is no reference in the series to Miradero being in Texas. It's a decent guess given the requirement of proximity to Mexico, but there does not seem to be anything firm to it.

Hello, Robert! I've been asking the same question. In episode three, Lucky mentions "The West," meaning this is probably somewhere in the western United States. That's at least the best clue in the series.
