Assessment

The recent expansion from stub to article was a great step in the direction to formal review for "Good Article". Areas of expansion could be: Opposing arguments of the UK at trial and expansion of the importance/significance section to include references to articles on human rights, death penalty etc. (for instance: petioner's use of the case in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, Supreme Court justice Breyer's opinions etc.). I have initially rated it as "mid" importance, but it may be assessed as "high" or "low" importance depending on alternative viewpoints.
