This has been nominated for Recent Deaths, which will not interfere with the DYK appearance. Article is new enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced. As all sources are foreign-language, unable to check for close paraphrasing. Images are public domain, but this one is very blurry.
Hook is interesting, but an inline cite is needed for this sentence: This incident culminated in Rudini refusing to recognize the reelection of Nataatmadja. I also wonder if you can use a shorter word than attendants, as the hook is full of long words. Maybe members? QPQ done.

Yoninah: Attendants here means anyone who is invited to the election, including press, members, wife of members, husband of members, etc. Inline cite incoming.

Jeromi Mikhael: ALT1 is the same as ALT0. All I want to do is replace "attendants" with "observers".
