I have created this page to address the concept of a social floor. This concept, also known as a social minimum, is a policy that falls under social protection. The basic idea of a social floor is that there is a minimum level of human rights and social services that all human beings should have access to. On the Social Floor page, I address what is included in a social floor, the arguments for and against a social floor, and proposed policies on how a social floor would be implemented.

Here's how I read this article: "A social floor is something that all people are entitled to. Here's what a social floor includes and what it may or may not include. Here's why it's right. Some people don't agree, but they're wrong." This article as written greatly fails Wikipedia's core policy of neutral point of view. Wikipedia is not the place for advocacy of a particular point of view. This subject may indeed be worthy of inclusion, but it should not be included at the expense of violating a core content policy. I'm going to keep an eye on this article and may edit it here and there, but if the article is not substantially rewritten from NPOV, I will nominate this article for deletion. — KuyaBriBri Talk 23:07, 2 December 2010 (UTC) reply
