I have created this page to address the concept of a social floor. This concept, also known as a social minimum, is a policy that falls under social protection. The basic idea of a social floor is that there is a minimum level of human rights and social services that all human beings should have access to. On the Social Floor page, I address what is included in a social floor, the arguments for and against a social floor, and proposed policies on how a social floor would be implemented.
