Linguistically speaking, you are right. The problem is that in practice in English texts Siekierkowski Bridge is used exclusively (try a webseach for Siekerki Bridge ....). "Siekierki Bridge" is NOT the proper name. The proper names are Siekierkowski, Swietokrzyski and Lazienkowski Bridge.
