Hello @ Srnec, the earliest source i could find about the details regarding the siege was the book Akhbār majmūʿa by an anonymous author. Another work that mentions its details is Al-Bayan al-Mughrib and Nafh at-Tib by Ahmad al-Maqqari. عبدالرحمن4132 ( talk) 11:38, 11 December 2023 (UTC) reply
