Part of August 2023 backlog. Will review tomorrow.
Infobox sourced (in article) and formatted well.
Lead is a good overview of subject. All info sourced in article. Broke the paragraph up between career phases. Actually, perhaps it can be expanded into two-three larger paragraphs, including more about the various rewards he has won in his career.
References themselves are formatted consistently.

Also, I'd recommend adding a table of his yearly stats if possible, as other GA AF bios seem to have them. Also a table for his US college sports recruiting information. They're a good way to show stats in-brief. Put it at the bottom of the section (if doing it by career phase) or bottom of article (above references). See Dante Lavelli, Calvin Johnson, and Will Rogers (American football) for examples. See Wikipedia:Good_articles/Sports_and_recreation#American_football_people for even more examples (some don't have them, but I think it'll satisfy GA criteria 3).

Spot-check: 1, 3, 9, 12, 16 (says he is a three-star, rating probably changed on other two sources).
Broke that paragraph up. Other than that, no style issues.

Other than that, no issues.

Source 69 and the preceding sentence loses focus a little; Eppler is the subject, Justice is not.
Last sentence of section is unsourced.
Spot-check: 79
Removed "even".
