I don't think this article belongs in [[Category:Nonverbal communication]]. It seems related to discrimination testing. I suggest merging the two, and deleting the category. It belongs in some other category, but what? Cbdorsett 09:08, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Reply: Sensory analysis is a scientific field which includes not only discrimination testing, but descriptive testing and affective testing as well. Many consumer product companies, universities, research organizations, etc have specific sensory analysis functions and staff applying one or all of the various methods.
