Just a quick note regarding the comment which states that the MoH and the SecArmy Award for Valor are the only two U.S. awards suspended from a neck ribbon. If memory serves, one of the degrees of the Legion of Merit has a "neck drape," and also one of the incarnations of the Presidential Medal of Freedom. I do not know what else might be out there. I don't know if the author of the page wants to make this update, but the next time I wander over here on break I will see if I can find the relevant citations. — Preceding
