Do not combine with vacancy

I recommend keeping this page separate from the vacancy page. A vacancy and a Schottky defect are not truly equivalent. The idea of a Schottky defect only makes sense for crystals with ions while vacancies can occur in any crystal. Vacancies can form in a variety of ways, not only through a Schottky reaction.
