17 faculties? faculty 17? I don't think the person who created this page meant that there are 17 faculty members who instruct 80,000 students.
I think that information it's correct because in sana'a university there are more than 800 students attending one class and some of them sitting in the floor. 17 Faculties "Faculty" means department. For example, the Faculty of Engineering would be the Department of Engineering. This is a terminology widely used outside of the United States. So the article is saying there are 17 Departments, not 17 faculty members. Jampan ( talk) 12:36, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
