Proposed merge of Salterio (Mexico) into Salterio

While the Mexican psaltery tradition is worth including in this article, I'm not seeing any indication from the cited sources that this is considered to be a significantly distinct topic from the rest of the salterio tradition, and should not be considered a distinct instrument.
