Great job pulling this together! I think it might be helpful and appropriate to give a bit more background detail at the start to place the later sections in context. Eg. I'm picturing a section titled "Sarah Jones" which could include a brief biography; and another section or subsection very briefly summarizing the incident which led to her death. -- Threephi ( talk) 17:58, 1 January 2016 (UTC) reply
