Oppose he was Slovakian until he lost his citizenship effectively by force in 1953. No particular advantages to those interested in linguists to strip the name down to standard German fonts. Daniel Boyarin The Talmud - A Personal Take: Selected Essays - 2018 "Joseph Malone, in a review of Macúch's book has already demonstrated that both forms are to be explained by assimilation (Joseph L. Malone, “Review of Handbook of Classical and Modern Mandaic by Rudolf Macúch,” Language 45 [1969]: ..." That's two academic references contradicted the "never" in the nom on the first cursory search.

Support per
WP:COMMONNAME. While there might be some English sources that use the accent, the vast majority do not. I think we should follow usage in the majority of English reliable sources. I don't see why use of accents should be exempted from this important underlying principle. --
