Quick question regarding sourcing microfiche preserved digitally

@ Thinker78: I looked all over the sourcing help wikis, but I couldn't find an answer to my question so I hoped to get your input here. This might be the wrong way to do this but I'm quite green (feel free to remove delete any of this at your discretion without my consent).

I did some edits to this page a while back, some got reverted, some stuck (yay!). But the source I used was an apparent microfiche of a 1980s news article in .jpg form that I found on a social media website (it's the jpg located at https://www.facebook.com/bestofjamaicatelevision/photos/a.852480344765908/8841749692505560/). It seems obvious that the origin (Facebook) of the source is worthless, but is there any way to capture this kind of valuable source material without having to go find the actual 1980s microfiche and record it myself? (and would either case pass WP:COPY sourcing issues?)

Thanks for your time specifically - I'm sure there is a project/talk page where this belongs, but I just figured I'd flag down the most senior looking officer for some help.
