I'm thinking about the best way to divide this article in sections. Maybe it's better to make the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics etc the title of the sections and divide these for the different robot types instead of the way it's organised now? RobotNick 15 december 2006
I would like to make some revisions to this article. Robot kinematics has proven to be an important mathematical discipline with applications ranging from computer animation to robotic surgery and rehabilitation. I would like to try to describe some of the basics with links to details in other articles. This current article lists a number of the calculations in robot kinematics, and I may be able to present a context for their usefulness. Prof McCarthy ( talk) 06:26, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
