I think its worth pointing out that Robert Sobel beat Bobby Fischer(widely considered the best chess player who ever lived), in a chessmatch in 1956, as can be seen here: http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1044415 . Averagejoedev ( talk) 00:17, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
According to another editor (see article history), the guy who beat Bobby Fischer was a different Robert Sobel from the one who is the subject of this article. Bruce leverett ( talk) 16:30, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
