The article can be more than a stub, but the larger version (subject of some back-and-forth editing today) is full of a lot of self-congratulatory, promotional stuff which can surely be pared. Rather than edit war, how about we try to find a happy medium? I've reduced the article to its bare bones in the meantime.

The problem is not only promotional language but also copyvio - much of the longer version appears to have been copied directly from external copyrighted sources. We can't have a happy medium that includes that content.
