I feel this article only gives us half the story. It tells us the Return was created in response to exaggerated criticisms about concentrations of land ownership, but it doesn't tell us what patterns of land ownership and what concentrations of ownership were in fact revealed by the Return, nor whether their publication succeeded in quelling public discontent about the matter. 86.191.247.88 ( talk) 14:41, 28 May 2020 (UTC) reply
