Perhaps it should be reworded to say "a general term covering the different formats in which music can be made available". It lacks any circular references, and it presents the information in a more neutral and encyclopedic tone in my opinion. What are your thoughts on this?

The only citation that was used for definition is a dead link, seems the author removed the article (their author page and other articles still exists at Examiner)... 155.69.2.5 ( talk) 08:15, 31 January 2010 (UTC)
