The article says: "Degrees based on 'Life Experience' are frequently associated with substandard degrees or diploma mills." Google News Archive shows 281 sources for " recognition of prior learning. But none of the 281 also mention " diploma mills", and only 1 also mentions " substandard". However, there are 9,040 sources for " 'life experience' degree. Some 34 also mention " substandard", and 211 mention " diploma mills". A ratio of 211 to 9,040 is 2.33%. Does that merit the descriptor "frequently associated"? I don't believe so. But if I'm in the minority, so be it. But, someone should nonetheless take a look at these sources I've pulled, and decide which one or two could serve as reliable sources ( WP:RS) and plug them in there. - CRedit 1234 ( talk) 15:00, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
