Pending QPQ. Article is long enough (barely). 5x expansion began on April 30, so May 7 is just within the new enough time frame. Hook is interesting and is supported by the sources. Sourcing in the article looks fine and a couple spot checks brought up no indications of copyvio.

The requirement is that a QPQ should be provided within seven days of nominating, and must be within seven days of a specific request. Please supply one without a delay; I'd hate to see this closed for lack of a QPQ. Thank you.
