I've not heard this name before. Could this be the same as either Cairo Regional Internet Exchange (CR-IX) or Middle East Internet Exchange (MEIX)? -- Gigacephalus ( talk) 18:52, 10 February 2011 (UTC) reply

Unless there are two different buildings in the same street with the same function, this building seems to be, according to the NYT article given in the links, a Telecom Egypt building at 26 Ramses Street.

The New York Times article also mentions "Other exchanges, like an important one in Alexandria...". What would the one in Alexandria be? -- Karada ( talk) 15:56, 17 February 2011 (UTC) reply
