Wire wheels:
Wire wheels#On motorcycles says only main article:
Motorcycle construction#Wheels, but that is not a main article, it is a subsection.
Bicycle wheel is a better article, but none of these 3 actually explains how spokes support the wheel pre-stressed w/compression.

The FIA has just announced that from 2024 a Cross-Country Rally will either be a Baja, a Rally-raid or a Marathon Rally-Raid.
With the point on official and common names of articles, is this article trying to cover all three forms? If so, separating Baja and Marathon into sections would be good.

My edit of splitting definitions has made this article a mess so I think splitting the article is best. There are no bajas in the World Rally-Raid Championship and no Rally raids in the Baja Cups. I also don't believe they are commonly called each other's names so there is no real justification for bajas to be here. I have already redirected
cross-country rallying to an appropriate section on
rallying. I now intend to split Baja from this article as I don't expect opposition.
