Reference to the original Hebron accord signed by the Peres admin is missing from the article? The original meeting at Erez was for October 1996 after Defence Minister Yitzhak Mordechai confirmed (11 Oct 1996) that Israel wanted to bring changes to the original accord on Hebron... Is there a good reason for missing these bits out Ashley kennedy3 ( talk) 15:33, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
The lead is confusing. What do "began" and "concluded" mean? It only lasted 8-10 days? I guess the language is confusing the protocol and the process of agreeing to the protocol. Can someone with the time and understanding please rewrite the first few sentences? Zero talk 03:46, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
I've added "citation needed" to the final sentence of the lead-in as I don't think it's true. https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/History/hebron.html says "The Palestinian Police Forces (PPF) exercise full control over "H1", while the IDF are not allowed to enter, unless escorted by Palestinian security forces" which appears to directly contradict the unsupported assertion ...
