Does anyone talk about the Rainbow project anymore, I heard there were something like three survivors, the rest were embedded into ther bulkheads or something? la
- That's a legend that this project was apparently named after. See

This article needs better structure, ie. put some of that stuff under headers (== header ==) and stuff. It's difficult to follow after the points 1. and 2. Oddity- ( talk) 12:15, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- It needs a lot of cleanup for a notable and odd topic, agreed. It's on my eventual to-do list. Lawrence Cohen § t/ e 21:29, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
I propose that this article be modified to cover only the RCS reduction work for the Lockheed U-2, with only a link to the Philadelphia Experiment page. Comments?
