I've removed the empty language, but realise that it will need to be polished. Lines like "With the looks and swagger of
James Cagney" are irrelevant and unencyclopedic.

Actually, such an observation, if it were based on fact, i.e. a physical resemblance to Cagney, would be an objective datum that would be encyclopædic. That swagger is relevant to the title is self evident.
