The image of Pop Smoke used was not taken in 2019 it was taken in January 16, 2020 when he attended the Louis Vuitton Menswear Fall/Winter 2020-2021 show as part of Paris Fashion Week. Wiki2020llps ( talk) 03:06, 10 July 2020 (UTC)

I think any of the images located in this New York Times article, specifically this image, are fair use under the "Pictures of deceased persons" category described at WP:NFCI. Because the images are not "from a press or photo agency (e.g., AP, Corbis or Getty Images)" (being from a press or photo agency is a disqualification for "pictures of deceased persons" being fair-use, as described in WP:NFCI), it seems like they should be allowed to be used.
