Strictly speaking Halobacterium are not bacteria, but archaea, and as such either do not belong in this article or the article needs to be renamed to phototrophic prokaryotes to include the archaea domain. Suggestions? Elvegaro ( talk) 21:12, 23 July 2012 (UTC) reply
