@ MPLSPolitico: Regarding this edit: you have removed a lot of well-sourced information in favor of your preferred version (which, admittedly, also has some sources, but some that are not as useful (such as the LIMS site verifying that Cunningham authored a bill), some that are not neutral (such as Cunningham's own YouTube videos) and some that are just irrelevant (such as the link to the Public Health Approaches to Public Safety document). I'll admit that the text you have replaced appears to try to portray Cunningham in a negative light, but your edits are equally invalid in trying to praise him without noting the controversy surrounding him.
