Interesting career, on fine sources, no copyvio obvious. The hook reads appealing. - In the article, I'd introduce an abbr for the company which is mentioned often. Please check my copy-edits. I wonder if the reason for Martin's retirement needs mentioning, and think the last line is needlessly complex, - "amid" ;) - Thanks for teaching me about
dream ballet, - never heard. --

Thank you for your review, Gerda. I tweaked the few things per your suggestions. I decided to state that Martins retired abruptly, but not why, should be enough to explain why there was an interim leadership.
