The tax details are interesting but misleading. The amount of money spent on filming on location is not necessarily the same thing as the production budget. It only means that that amount of their spending fell within what they were allowed claim deductions against. They almost certainly spent more money on other costs that were not eligible for tax breaks. -- 109.76.192.20 ( talk) 11:02, 25 October 2019 (UTC)
I'm just wondering why so much is placed in critics hands in regards to film reviews ect. They literally barring Garners performance slated this film. Yet I have just watched it and see absolutely nothing wrong with the film infact it's one of the best films I have seen in a long while. Supporting cast is strong. The story itself is a fantastic tale. It does annoy me that a good film gets unfairly slated by critics which sometimes reflects in box office takings and later sales of the film. Too much stock is put into what a critics opinion is and too many times a great film gets slated. Peppermint is a great film from start to finish and no it's not a poor man's Death Wish. Both are fantastic films in their own rights. 2A02:C7F:744F:1F00:E4F4:4A68:61B3:C235 ( talk) 07:32, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
