Park Centralcreated, "Park Central is a suburb of Johannesburg"
So very soon after creation in 2005, the editor moved their article from a too all-consuming name to a specific name. That seems quite honorable. And certainly with creation of all these other articles the title should not be for an article about an entirely local project, in the spirit of humility.
