PYC – Everything on this page uses either pyc or PYC as an abbreviation, but nothing refers to Pyc other than a faux-romanization of cyrillic where latin character that look similar to cyrillic characters are used in replacement and in this instance Pyc is similar to Рус; however, the rest of the matches seem to be for pyc or PYC and Рус is only in the see also, so it seems users would be better served with this at PYC.

Commentpyc and
Pyc are exactly the same page name on English Wikipedia, so there is no difference. However, more uses exist at "PYC", so moving it is a good idea --

That is true. I should have also, but did not because I totally forgot to, write that if this wasn't moved, we should do something like {{DISPLAYTITLE:pyc}}, so it displays a relevant title (because of capitalization limitations in the software).

Support per nom, although there are a *lot* of problems here. Definitely do not remove the link to
Rus, the "faux-romanization" is probably the most-common topic here.
