Based on the exchange of opinions at the talk-page of Wiki-Project Croatia ( most up to date contribution) I propose that this article is renamed/moved to Osijek-Baranya County. The name of the Croatian county is derived from the name of the region and I therefore propose Baranya spelling in the title as well.
