Vegans Category

KittenKlub removed the Vegans category template. Was there a good reason for this? In any case, I have put it back. Andrew G is indeed a vegan, and a Wikipedia 'vegan' category does exist, so why was the template removed?-- Jeffro77 10:10, 15 January 2006 (UTC) reply

Ancestry

On a recent edition of Idol, he referred to himself as half-Czech, half-Lithuanian, with some Jewish thrown in. Currently, we say he's half-English and half-Swedish. Can both of these be right? JackofOz 05:21, 23 October 2006 (UTC) reply

Andrew probably knows his heredity better than some newspaper writer does. The supporting reference for his parents being English/Swedish was evidently incorrect, so I have removed it.-- Jeffro77 14:41, 24 April 2007 (UTC) reply

Resin Dogs

As a fan of the Resin Dogs, I've never seen Andrew G play in this band. So why is it listed that he did? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.134.239.230 ( talk) 03:09, 12 January 2008 (UTC) reply

Best flawed conclusion I've seen all day.

Citations

Would it be fair to remove the citations tag at the top of the article, cos someone/some people have taken the time to look for references, so adding 'citation needed' tags might be better than having a 'This section does not cite any references or sources.' one? Page move

I have moved this article from Andrew G to Andrew Günsberg. Andrew in September 2009 decided to drop in stage name of Andrew G and now prefers to go by his real name of Andrew Günsberg. (see http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2009/09/televisions-g-force.html for story). -- Ianblair23 (talk) 05:41, 31 January 2010 (UTC) reply

Name

Andrew Günsberg now goes by the name Osher Günsberg - see http://oshergunsberg.com/andrewg. Should the page be changed to reflect this, referring to "Osher" rather than "Andrew" the whole way through? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kate42 ( talkcontribs) 11:35, 24 October 2013 (UTC) reply

The link to Osher's reasoning for name change [1] leads to an Error404 page Gilberticus Fyshius ( talk) 07:03, 15 March 2015 (UTC) reply

Jewish Australian

So apparently at one point he referred to himself as having a "bit of Jewish thrown in" and that means he should be described as a "Jewish Australian" in the very first about him? Is there evidence that his Jewish identity has been of any significance in his life? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.148.218.159 ( talk) 10:56, 1 August 2014 (UTC) reply

Proposed move

I think this page should be moved to Osher Günsberg, on the basis that:

  • it's the name he's currently using,
  • it's the first name mentioned in the lead, and
  • it's the name used in the infobox.

Thoughts? DH85868993 ( talk) 00:03, 21 August 2014 (UTC) reply

OK. It's been more than 4 days and there have been no objections, so I have moved the page. DH85868993 ( talk) 05:28, 25 August 2014 (UTC) reply
