@
Saqib: Hi, I am copy editing this for GOCE. If I am too bold in my edits, or if you don't understand why I have made one, feel free to query me here.
The article states "Al Kaabi completed her high school education from Abu Dhabi and from
Pennsylvania". Normally one can only complete one's education in a single place. Should the article read "received"?
"In 2012, she was again named by Arabian Business "as one of the "100 Most Powerful Arab Women" and was..." Is there text missing from the end of this? (This seems in any case to repeat text further down.)
Is it known what her position or responsibilities at twofour54 were between 2007 and 2011?
@
Gog the Mild: Thank you for taking the job. You're right. It should be "received'. As per the news piece, she did one year schooling in the States. Maybe you can mention that as well? I feel that "and was" was mentioned by mistake. I've no idea about her role at twofour54 between 2007 and 2011. --

Hi
Saqib. Thanks for the prompt response. "The same year, she became honouree for the Young Global Leader Class" Do you know what "honouree" means in this context? (I assume that the article uses British English and not American)

Thanks
Saqib. I still don't understand, but it is sourced, so it doesn't matter :) . There doesn't seem to be a lot for 2016 and 2017 in terms of awards, recognition etc. That is not a copy edit job but I thought that I would mention it; if I were reviewing this for GA it is one of the first things I would check.
I am close to done. I will leave it for an hour or two and then re-look with fresh eyes. It was a pretty sharp article, but I have done quite a bit to it, so do query if you want to.

Thank you for taking the stab. The BLP is in pretty good shape now. I've added a couple of recognitions more and I don't feel we're missing any notable award or recognition. By the way, does it make sense to write "She has been a young global leader at the World Economic Forum since 2014." instead of "she became honouree for the Young Global Leader Class".? --
