This article must adhere to the biographies of living persons (BLP) policy, even if it is not a biography, because it contains material about living persons. Contentious material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced must be removed immediately from the article and its talk page, especially if potentially libellous. If such material is repeatedly inserted, or if you have other concerns, please report the issue to this noticeboard. If you are a subject of this article, or acting on behalf of one, and you need help, please see this help page. |

See WP:CONTROVERSYSECTION. These sections become a "catch all" for POV material. Is the cabinet abstention really encyclopedic? If so, relocate it to an appropriate section. – Muboshgu ( talk) 23:18, 20 April 2021 (UTC)

This is my first time reviewing a page for Good Article. I hope I don't mess anything up here, sorry in advance! Feel free to contact me with any concerns you have pertaining to the review. FredModulars ( talk) 09:04, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
1b: Lead doesn't adequately cover the article. It seems too condensed to summarize the subject (nothing about her early/personal life and little about her early career) and nothing in the article talks about her gubernatorial candidacy or being a keynote speaker (see 3a). The lead is supposed to summarize what is in the article. I know there isn't that much to include but it can definitely be expanded.
3a: What was included in the article was focused and mostly well-covered. However, I found little on her race for governor which I feel should be a major concern to the article. The brief mentions of her being a keynote speaker at the 2020 Democratic National Convention and her candidacy for the governorship should be expanded on and shouldn't be included only in the lead. Many sources also reported on Wells Fargo closing her bank account and her early life, both of which are either nonexistent or lacking in the article. Her political views should also be included.
Is there anything to add to her personal life? An article shouldn't have a section composed of one-line paragraphs.
Overall looks good. The main problems lie within the 2018 election.
Looks good.
See 3a.
I apologize again in advance if anything I have described as an issue is not. The last thing I would like to do is improperly review the article due to my novelty. Please fix or clarify what I have pointed out within a reasonable period of time. Thanks! FredModulars ( talk) 01:47, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
@ Curbon7: After reviewing the article once again, I have determined it does meet the GA criteria and I will be promoting it as such. The references check out and are reliable, the images are well suited to the article and properly tagged, it is stable and shares both points of view of Fried, it is well-written, and it does adequately cover all that needs to be covered. Congratulations on your hard work and I wish you luck on your other GA reviews (I saw one or two on WP:FLORIDA). I hope you will prepare articles better before review next time, but overall great job! FredModulars ( talk) 09:54, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
I have to ask, what is the reference for her date of birth? I am concerned without this we are in violation of WP:DOB. - Aussie Article Writer ( talk) 10:50, 22 June 2021 (UTC)

Overall:
As for now, I'd prefer ALT0, I'm not sure how many get what an Aliyah is (I didn't know; maybe reword in the sense of "gain Israeli citizenship" and wikilink to Aliyah?). If not, let's just settle with ALT0, or leave it to the prepper:)

Under personal life/early life:
Nikki's mother is a Democrat, where her father is a staunch Republican.
